Age Concern Swansea is a vibrant independent local organisation working only in the City and County of Swansea to improve the welfare of older people, in particular to help them stay well, emotionally and physically, and to enable them to stay in their own homes for as long as possible.
Every year, Age Concern Swansea:
- Provides services for over 9,500 older people
- Spends over £1 million on care services for older people
- Gains an additional £2 million each year in Welfare Benefits for older people
- Makes 1,800 home visits
