Longfields Association has provided services for people with cerebral palsy and similar learning and physical disabilities for over 50 years, originally as the Swansea and District Spastics Association. Our day centre supports people to reach their full potential by developing and learning new skills and by participating in sport, leisure and community activities.
The services we provide include:
- Music therapy using Soundbeam where sounds are activated through movement
- A multi-sensory hydrotherapy pool, which is also available for hire to the community
- A fitness centre where all the equipment is suitable for wheelchair users, also available for people in the community
- A garden for horticultural activities which is maintained by volunteers from the community
